Orange and Tomato Salsa....another great salsa

Orange and Tomato Salsa....

What a fresh idea.  A little tart, a little sweet, a little heat and everyone's favorite cilantro.  How could you go wrong.  Use as a compliment to chicken or fish or pork, or a dip for tortilla chips.... yummmy!
Cafe' Hoffy is a collection of recipes and craft ideas that I love. One of my favorite things is "salsa", all types. When summer comes and you have all the fresh veggies and fruits, there's nothing better than having some salsa around. I love salsa with chips, but, salsa is also a great compliment to fish, pork and chicken. Again the fresh taste of fruits and veggies added to meats or fish brings the taste of your entre' to the next level. I hope you enjoy this very easy recipe. I have also included a recipe for cinnamon chips...another great addition for fruit and veggie salsa...

Like everyone else, I collect "Pins". I love Pinterest. A place where you can find anything...Patterns, recipes, decorating ideas, clothing and the list goes on and on and on. I have been collecting pins for over 10 years. I call Pinterest my categorized, indexed file for anything I want. There was a time when all my ideas were kept in folders. Now I carry my ideas with me at all times on my phone. This is the part of technology I absolutely love. Below are a few "Pins" from Pinterest that relate to this post. You can also check out my "Salsa Board" for more great salsa recipes.

You also might want to check out my "Other Boards". I finally got them all organized and indexed and is a snap to find anything on my boards. It took time, but was well worth the end result. Just click on the Pinterest logo or my photo and you will be redirected to my "Other Boards" on Pinterest...
